Lập trình hướng đối tượng
 object-oriented programming 
Lập trình hướng đối tượng (OOP) cung cấp cho chúng ta khả năng thiết kế đối tượng có cả hai thành phần thuộc tính và hành động. Tất cả được đóng gói vào trong một đối tượng. Điều này cho phép chương trình được viết trong nhiều mô đun tách rời nhau, điều này giúp cho chúng ta dể dàng viết và hiểu, cũng như cung cấp cho chúng ta khả năng cao hơn để tái sử dụng code. Đối tượng cung cấp một cách trực quan hơn để làm việc với dữ liệu của chúng bằng cách cho phép chúng định nghĩa cách tương tác với đối tượng và làm thế nào tương tác với những đối tượng khác. Lập trình hướng đối tượng cũng mang lại cho chúng ta một vài khái niệm mới với nhiều tiện ích inheritance, encapsulation, abstraction và polymorphism. Tôi sẻ trình bày rõ ràng từng khái niệm đó trong những bài viết tiếp theo.
Vậy lập trình hướng đối tượng là kỹ thuật lập trình hỗ trợ công nghệ hướng đối tượng, nghĩa là chương trình của chúng ta là do nhiều đối tượng kết hợp lại với nhau
ậy Thế Nào Là Lập Trình Hướng Đối Tượng ?

“Lập trình hướng đối tượng là 1 phương pháp viết mã cho phép các lập trình viên nhóm các action tượng tự nhau vào các class”. Điều này giúp mã lệnh giữ vững được nguyên lý DRY “don’t repeat yourself” (không lặp lại chính nó) và dễ dàng để bảo trì.

Một lợi ích to lớn của nguyên lý lập trình DRY là: nếu một phần thông tin nào đó được thay đổi trong chương trình của bạn, thì thông thường chỉ cần có duy nhất 1 thay đổi để cập nhật lại mã lệnh. Một trong những ác mộng lớn nhất đối với các lập trình viên là bảo trì mã lệnh, nơi dữ liệu được khai báo đi khai báo lại nhiều lần, họ phải tìm kiếm, làm việc trên các dữ liệu và chức năng trùng lặp.

Thật ra Lập Trình Hướng Đối Tượng trở nên đáng sợ đối với rất nhiều lập trình viên bởi nó mang đến các cú pháp khá mới mẻ và cầu kỳ , do vậy nó nhanh chóng trở nên phức tạp hơn rất nhiều so với lập trình hướng thủ tục. Tuy nhiên, nếu các bạn nhìn nhận vấn đề 1 cách kỹ lưỡng hơn, Lập Trình Hướng Đối Tượng thực ra lại là 1 phương pháp rất đơn giản, giúp cho việc lập trình đơn giản hóa đi rất nhiều.

MVC
MCV là tên một phương pháp chia nhỏ một ứng dụng thành ba thành phần để cài đặt, mỗi thành phần đóng một vai trò khác nhau và ảnh hưởng lẫn nhau, đó là models, views, và controllers.
1. Models trong các ứng dụng dựa trên MVC là những thành phần có nhiệm vụ lưu trữ thông tin, trạng thái của các đối tượng, thông thường nó là một lớp được ánh xạ từ một bảng trong CSDL. Lấy ví dụ, chúng ta có lớp Product được sử dụng để mô tả dữ liệu từ bảng Products trong SQL, bao gồm ProductID, OrderDate...
2. Còn đối với Views, nó chính là các thành phần chịu trách nhiệm hiển thị các thông tin lên cho người dùng thông qua giao diện. Thông thường, các thông tin cần hiển thị được lấy từ thành phần Models. Ví dụ, đối tượng Product có một "Edit" view bao gồm các textboxes, các dropdowns và checkboxes để chỉnh sửa các thuộc tính của sản phẩm; có một "Display" view gồm 2 dòng, cột dòng là ProductID, dòng sau là OrderDate... để xem thông tin về sản phẩm.
3. Cuối cùng, Controllers trong các ứng dụng kiểu MVC chịu trách nhiệm xử lý các tác động về mặt giao diện, các thao tác đối với models, và cuối cùng là chọn một view thích hợp để hiển thị ra màn hình. Trong kiến trúc MVC, view chỉ có tác dụng hiển thị giao diện mà thôi, còn điều kiển dòng nhập xuất của người dùng vẫn doControllers đảm trách.

What is an Abstract Class?
Lớp trừu tượng đơn giản được xem như một class cha cho tất cả các Class có cùng bản chất. Do đó mỗi lớp dẫn xuất (lớp con) chỉ có thể kế thừa từ một lớp trừu tượng. Bên cạnh đó nó không cho phép tạo instance, nghĩa là sẽ không thể tạo được các đối tượng thuộc lớp đó.

Nhìn chung cả 2 đều là "bản thiết kế" cho các lớp dẫn xuất, do đó chúng chỉ chứa các khai báo Properties và Method mà không quan tâm bên trong thực hiện những gì. Nhưng cụ thể thì Abstract Class là "bản thiết kế" cho Class còn Interface là "bản thiết kế" cho Method.

Lớp này được xem như một mặt nạ cho tất cả các Class cùng cách thức hoạt động nhưng có thể khác nhau về bản chất. Từ đó lớp dẫn xuất có thể kế thừa từ nhiều lớp Interface để bổ sung đầy đủ cách thức hoạt động của mình (đa kế thừa - Multiple inheritance).

[interface]: Không thể thừa kế từ 1 lớp abtract
[abstract]: Có thể thừa kế từ 1 interface
[interface]: Cho phép đa thừa kế
[abstract]: không cho phép đa thừa kế.

 Điểm giống nhau của abstract class và interface:

Ø  Cả hai đều không thể khởi tạo đối tượng.

Ø  Cả hai đều khai báo các phương thức nhưng không thực hiện chúng.

Ø  Cả hai đều bao gồm các phương thức abstract.

Ø  Cả hai đều được thực thi từ các class kế thừa.

Ø  Cả hai đều có thể kế thừa từ nhiều interface.

13. Sự khác nhau:

           

Abstract class	Interfaces
- Có thể kế thừa một class và nhiều interface - Một abstract class có thể có nhiều phương thức có thân bên trong. - Các phương thức của abstract class được thực thi sử dụng từ khóa override. - Là lựa chọn thích hợp khi vừa khai báo các phương thức thông thường vừa khai báo các phương thức abstract. - Có thể có hàm khởi tạo và destructor	- Chỉ có thể kế thừa nhiều interface. - Không có. - Không cần. - Thích hợp cho việc khai báo duy nhất các phương thức abstract. - Không có.

POT - GET

Giống nhau: Đều gửi dữ liệu tới server để xử lý, sau khi người dùng nhập thông tin vào Form

Khác nhau:

+ POST: Bảo mật hơn GET vì dữ liệu được gửi ngầm, không xuất hiện trên URL

+ GET: Dữ liệu được gửi tường minh, chúng ta có thể nhìn thấy trên URL, đây là lý do khiến nó không bảo mật so với POST. Nó còn bị giới hạn số ký tự bởi URL của web browsers.

+ GET thực thi nhanh hơn POST vì nhứng dữ liệu gủi đi luôn được Webbrowser cached lại

+ Khi dùng phương thức POST thì server luôn thực thi và trả về

kết quả cho client, còn phương thức GET ứng với cùng 1 yêu cầu đó Webbrowser sẽ xem.

Trong cached có kết quả tương ứng với yêu cầu đó ko và trả về ngay không cần phải thực thi các yêu cầu đó ở phía server

+ Đối với những dữ liệu luôn được thay đổi thì chúng ta nên

sử dụng phương thức POST, còn dữ liệu ít thay đổi chúng ta dùng phương thức GET để truy xuất và xử lý nhanh hơn.

SOAP là gì ?

-          SOAP là một giao thức dựa trên XML cho các ứng dụng trao đổi thông tin qua HTTP.

Đây là một số đặc tính chung của các getter và setter:
Định tố truy cập của các getter và setter điển hình là public. 

Các getter điển hình là không nhận tham số nào. 

Các setter điển hình là chỉ nhận một tham số, đó là giá trị mới cho biến cá thể mà chúng thiết đặt. 

Kiểu trả về của getter điển hình là cùng kiểu với biến cá thể mà nó báo lại giá trị.

Kiểu trả lại của setter điển hình là void, nghĩa là chúng không trả lại gì hết (chúng chỉ đặt giá trị cho biến cá thể).

7.      Employees should know the outcome of their application within three weeks.
At that time, they may review the documents and discuss the decision with you.

Dear Andrew,

I’ve been going through the procedure for transfers, but I’m afraid that I don’t quite agree with everything. I have given things a lot of thought and here are my comments.

I strongly disagree with point number 2: “Do not discourage the request”. In my experience, employees have a habit of putting themselves forward for position for which they are unsuited. This is particularly a problem where the employee has the right qualifications and job experience, but lacks the right skills or personality. I think it would be very misleading not to tell an employee that they are not an appropriate candidate in such a case.

I also think that the three weeks decision-making period is far too short. Sometimes, it can take up to six weeks to gather information from other departments. Since we cannot make an informed decision without all the relevant documents, I think we should extend the period to six weeks.

Anyway, these are just a few thoughts.

The city of Kenton recently conducted an organizational climate survey. The purpose of the survey was to assess the current work environment and obtain feedback form employees on workplace challenges and opportunities in order to make the organization a more desirable and productive place to work. More than 1000 employees responded to the survey. 97% feel sexual harassment is not a problem, 93% feel age discrimination is not a problem and 88% feel that racial and ethnic discrimination is not a problem.
